Return & Exchange Policy
Unless the brush is defective*, we can only accept returned brushes that are in the original package due to hygiene concerns. You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Your brush must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Exchange (if applicable)
Once your brush is received and inspected, we will send you an email/ message to notify you that we have received your returned item**. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will be processed.
